A Podcast for parents of dyslexic learners where we get clear, actionable insights directly from experts.

Host, Kate Leahy

Like many parents, my journey with dyslexia began long before we had a diagnosis for our daughter. I noticed early signs that something was different about how she was learning, but it took time to understand what she needed. I found myself diving deep into research papers, sifting through conflicting advice, and trying to separate what actually works from empty promises.

After years of navigating this complex landscape, I realized something: we don't have to figure this out alone. Every parent I've spoken to describes their experience the same way - "it's been a journey." But that journey doesn't have to feel so overwhelming or confusing.

That's why I created Dyslexia Made Clear: to translate expert insights into accessible guidance for parents. Dyslexia is complicated and the research and terminology are important to understand, but the information can be presented clearly so you can make decisions and advocate effectively for your child.

We're all on this journey together, and it's so much easier with clear information and community support.
